TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

LEAD TIMES:

The majority of products are stocked in significant quanities for immediate delivery. However, due to the popularity of some products, we occasionally must back order. Allow 2-4 weeks in the event an item is not in stock

PAYMENT TERMS:

New Customers:

Pre-PAY or CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Established account in house approved:

COMPANY CHECK ON DELIVERY (CCOD)

Est w/Credit Approval:

RECIEPT OF GOODS (ROG)

FREIGHT:

All shipments are FOB Oxnard, CA. Shipments will be made by the carrier of the customers choice or the best carrier available considering the lowest rates and handling. All product shippend via common carrier will be palletized and shrink wrapped. In cases where something is damaged in shipping, it is the customer's responsiblity to file a freight claim directly with the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must have prior authorization by Pacific MFG. The associated shipping costs to return (both directions) the item are the responsibility of the customer.
